"This was such a unique experience and one our family will cherish for a lifetime. Our kids are no longer little, so getting us in one place where we all can connect, relax, and enjoy the space is a challenge. Cypress Falls far exceeded our expectations. We could gather at every moment! Whether we were all in the kitchen cooking together, eating at the awesome dining table, playing games inside and out, or walking to the river..there was plenty of room for us. We enjoyed Meredith & Joe's hospitality and true joy in making us feel welcome and part of the property was the best! We will be back for sure to disconnect from the world for sure! Must see!

"This was our 2nd time to stay at 1 of the 3 houses on the property and let me tell you it was just as great as last time. The house was very spacious and clean. We loved all of the outdoor activities and of course the view. The helpful owners that live on site are a bonus! I would recommend that everyone try it out. We had a lovely time!!

"The Cypress house was beautiful! The owner, Joe and his son Jake were so welcoming and helpful and greeted us on arrival and made our stay awesome! The house was perfect for our family and the river was so peaceful and perfect! We are making this our new family vacation spot!!

"The Cypress House was over the top as far as luxury accommodations! The hosts were so friendly and helpful, they felt like family. Not only was the river beautiful and private, the wildlife in your "backyard" created a sense of peaceful serenity as you'd walk the grounds or experience the stunning sunrise and sunsets! "The home is situated in a great location with river access and a short drive to the Canyon Lake boat ramp. We enjoyed the spacious home and cool breeze outside! The fire pit was a plus for s'mores. The proximity to the waterfall, rope swing, sitting areas near the river were all great features. We thoroughly enjoyed the house. And of course the beautiful exotic animals on the property were unique and fun to watch.

"Beautiful, peaceful, amazing river access...every deck, balcony, seating area had great breezes, the exotic animals were incredible! The house is gorgeous, almost like staying in a museum, artwork surrounds you everywhere! I wish we could have stayed longer, there is SO much to do in the area...we will be back soon!

"We had a great time at the Cypress House! The house itself is very interesting, beautiful, and spacious. The grounds with all of the exotic animals was really unique and fun and the waterfront location was great. The only downside is the proximity of parking to the front door - not too easy to get supplies for the weekend from the cars and into the house.

"We rented the Cypress House for an extended family get together. Everything was perfect!! Beautiful inside and out! My only regret is not staying longer. The house was very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. All we brought were groceries. The back porch looks out onto the Guadelupe River and beautiful falls. In the morning I sat by a pond and watched the Swans and the deer and the Peaco*ck wandering around. There were nearby restaurants and places to tube. On property is a long tree rope swing and a hammock.
