DO NOT use this business for any reason. I sold them my Honda CRV in December. I was supposed to get a check in 2 days after the sale. After having the car for a week they discovered a problem that THEIR SERVICE DEPT fixed 2 weeks prior. They refused to pay me the agreed upon sales price. They then tried to LOW BALL me with a much lower price. I filed a smalls claims court case. They then paid me what I was owed but it took over 2 weeks for this to happen. I never got an apology or a refund for not fixing the car in the first place even though they told me it was repaired. Their service dept is terrible, their sales department is deplorable and their customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. DO NOT GO THERE. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

We have recently moved to the area and used Rairdon's Honda of Sumner twice so far. The service is excellent and very personable for reasonable prices. Clay was very helpful trying to resolve an issue with my aging car. Thank you!

Recently called Rairdon's Honda of Sumner to make a service appointment for my 2015 CRV. Appointment was easily and quickly made and all of the requested services were performed within the promised time. I plan to take my Honda for all future service needs this dealership.

Went to look at a 2012 used Subaru Legacy.

Went to look at a 2012 used Subaru Legacy. Called ahead and was given a time to come down to meet with “JD”. When I arrived at the dealer I was told he no longer worked there and met with Noah. Was told the car was in the service dept. and that I would not be able to look at it or test drive it until the next day. Noah told me that the service dept. had found a head gasket leak. Noah backtracked and said it was a “seep” but refused to show me the service dept. inspection. Test drove the car and had a pre-buyer inspection done at a certified Subaru dealer (which Rairdon’s staff got upset about). Found out the car required a complete engine re-seal which would cost $5000. Rairdon refused to acknowledge the true extent of work needed and doubled down on the “seep” story-refusing to fix known issues that will lead to significant issues for the buyer. Very shady sales and service staff-BEWARE!

We have done business with them for 13yrs.. service has been good.. but over the last year. There customer service is horrible.. will never do business with them again.. my husband went i there and was mad about his extended warranty about his radio. And got heated and one of the salesperson there called him a FAT PIG!! I AM APPAULD by the lack of professionalism and to the owner that lets someone that works for them to allow such lack of respect to any person.. the proper way to handle the situation would be to calm the customer down and talk to them.. but i guess these days there is no respect to people or professionalism!!..

We came into Honda of Sumner to get an oil change on our

We came into Honda of Sumner to get an oil change on our HR-V and have a look at a new CR-V. We liked what we saw so much that we came back with our trade in and took home a 24 CR-V hybrid. Now we have 2 Hondas parked in our driveway. This is the second car we have bought from them, so you know we are happy customers.
