@comcast No, no issues. I called yesterday and they couldn’t do anything to help me because I have my own router/modem. I think that is BS, because I had excellent internet 3-4 weeks ago and the past 2 weeks have been unbearable. Nothing at my apartment has changed.

Hey @Xfinity @comcast— awesome the steps you’re taking to keep people connected. However, as a loyal 3+ year customer who just got charged more than double what I should have been charged and a 1.5 hour wait time for customer service. I am EXTREMELY frustrated and disappointed.

@LinkyYoshi19 You have to understand: Comcast is one of the most openly greedy companies on Earth.Comcast has won Worst Company in America twice and regularly comes in the Top 3.It also owns a major TV network and one of the big movie studios in addition to being a terrible telecom company.

@summersblaze I have tmobile as my carrier and they now have tvision for about 40 bucks a month. Carries the channel they play on, comcast sports northwest. So far I'm loving the service.
