@GovMurphy I spoke with Comcast today they are not complying with COVID 19 meaning they will terminate or shut their customers off their WiFi! If my WiFi of turned off my kids can not do their on line schooling and I won’t be able to work bc I need the WiFi! Can u help

@LinkyYoshi19 You have to understand: Comcast is one of the most openly greedy companies on Earth.Comcast has won Worst Company in America twice and regularly comes in the Top 3.It also owns a major TV network and one of the big movie studios in addition to being a terrible telecom company.

@summersblaze I have tmobile as my carrier and they now have tvision for about 40 bucks a month. Carries the channel they play on, comcast sports northwest. So far I'm loving the service.

@Barnacules @comcast Lol Cox internet in Nevada suddenly implemented a data cap of 1.25 TB a month. WHAT? How? This was NEVER mentioned in our contract nor any updates, and its something like $15 for another 5gb of data

@PierreNick We have stupid Comcast data caps, a misconfigured waze cam ended up costing me like $30 in overages so having Amazon pick up the bill for their devices is not the worst idea

@comcastcares Not sure what there’d be to discuss. I’ve gone over 1.2TB in 4 of the past 6 months, and I’ve read about the changes. I have ZERO alternative (non-dial up) ISPs in my area. Which is why I’m asking AG to investigate Comcast for price gouging an essential service during a pandemic

@deadzebra Whoops - it's per month not per year - so still total ****.XBox and PS5 require an internet connection and Comcast isn't offering enough bandwidth/data cap to allow those systems to do what they are designed to do.
