@XfinitySupport I have never been so aggravated as I am now with Xfinity! I have spent the last five hours trying to connect to the internet. Lo and behold I found out 2 minutes ago that there was an outage in my area. It would have been simple for these jackasses to let me know!

Oh yay. T-Mobile’s Nokia trash can 5G gateway for home internet just randomly stopped working while Brandon was on a call for work. Bet American Eagle’s help desk is very happy to have our internet going out 🙄 think I’m going to switch back to Xfinity again now that it’s $10/mo

@ArmyGurl1999 I’ve been happy with Comcast, honestly. Every time I have issue they fix it and credit my account. Their customer service could use some work sometimes but that’s with all companies. You just call and let them know the issue and you’ll eventually get someone who considers it.

@LinkyYoshi19 You have to understand: Comcast is one of the most openly greedy companies on Earth.Comcast has won Worst Company in America twice and regularly comes in the Top 3.It also owns a major TV network and one of the big movie studios in addition to being a terrible telecom company.

@summersblaze I have tmobile as my carrier and they now have tvision for about 40 bucks a month. Carries the channel they play on, comcast sports northwest. So far I'm loving the service.
